Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

This document constitutes the official Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy of Trendix. This policy exists to formally declare, without ambiguity, our absolute and uncompromising opposition to any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, facilitation, promotion, or distribution.

Trendix maintains a strict, absolute, and permanent zero-tolerance position toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any attempt to associate this service, directly or indirectly, with such material or activity is strictly forbidden, constitutes a severe violation of law and policy, and will be treated with the highest level of seriousness and escalation.

1. Nature of the Service

Trendix is a search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and optimization platform. The service is strictly limited to the retrieval, processing, and presentation of publicly available analytical and search engine data obtained through authorized third-party application programming interfaces (APIs).

Trendix does not permit, provide, or support any of the following functionalities:

• Uploading of files or media by users
• Creation or publication of user-generated content
• Messaging between users
• Hosting of images, videos, or documents
• Social interaction features of any kind

As a result, Trendix does not host, transmit, or store user-generated content, and therefore maintains an inherently controlled and restricted operational environment.

2. Absolute Prohibition

Under no circumstances will Trendix knowingly allow its infrastructure, services, or systems to be used in connection with Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. This prohibition applies universally, without exception, limitation, or discretion.

Any detected attempt to misuse the service for unlawful, exploitative, or harmful purposes will result in immediate and irreversible action.

3. Enforcement and Reporting

Trendix reserves the unrestricted right to take any and all necessary actions in response to suspected violations, including but not limited to:

• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent service restriction
• Internal investigation and documentation
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities
• Cooperation with national and international child protection agencies

All reports are treated with maximum seriousness and urgency.

Trendix fully complies with all applicable national and international laws concerning child safety, protection, and the prevention of exploitation.

Protection of minors is not optional. It is an absolute obligation.
