Todos los elementos visuales, auditivos y de código utilizados en "Cachopo Clicker", incluyendo pero no limitado a gráficos, animaciones, sonidos, música e interfaz de usuario, son propiedad exclusiva de EloyGM o de sus respectivos creadores con las licencias correspondientes otorgadas a EloyGM.
Queda terminantemente prohibida la reproducción, distribución o uso de estos assets fuera del contexto del juego sin el permiso explícito por escrito del propietario.
2. Consentimiento de Imagen
Todas las personas cuyas caras o imágenes aparecen retratadas en "Cachopo Clicker" han otorgado su consentimiento explícito e informado para el uso de su imagen dentro de la aplicación con fines de entretenimiento.
Este consentimiento ha sido obtenido de acuerdo con la legislación vigente sobre el derecho a la propia imagen y protección de datos personales.
3. Responsabilidad
EloyGM no se hace responsable del uso indebido que los usuarios puedan hacer de la aplicación. El juego es para fines recreativos y no pretende ofender ni difamar a ninguna persona o entidad.
